1. Quality Standards (What We Buy)
We strictly adhere to ISRI (Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries) specifications to ensure seamless processing in Indian smelters.

Primary Grade: ISRI: TALDON (Baled Aluminum Used Beverage Can Scrap).

Alternative Grade: ISRI: TALC (Shredded UBC Scrap).

Purity Level: Minimum 97% – 99% Aluminum content.

Total non-metallic attachments (dirt, liquid, plastic, paper) must not exceed 2%.

Strictly Zero Tolerance: No lead, tin, zinc, or magnesium attachments.

Safety: Must be 100% free from any radioactive materials, explosives, or hazardous waste (Mandatory for Indian Customs).

2. Packaging & Loading Requirements
To optimize freight costs and ensure safety during transit, we require the following packaging standards:

Format: High-density, machine-compressed Bales.

Securing: Bales must be tightly strapped with galvanized steel wire or high-tension plastic strapping.

Weight Per Container: * 40ft HC Container: Minimum loading of 22–25 Metric Tons is preferred.

20ft Container: Accepted for trial shipments only (approx. 12–15 MT).

Condition: Bales must be dry and free from excessive moisture or oil.
3. Mandatory Documentation for India
All shipments to Farman Enterprises must be accompanied by the following documents to comply with the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT):

PSIC (Pre-Shipment Inspection Certificate): Must be issued by an approved agency at the loading port.
